On May 18th, following precedent set by the U.S. Supreme Court and the New Hampshire Supreme Court, a Florida Circuit Court Judge dismissed a lawsuit against the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship law, claiming the plaintiffs could not show that the tax credit scholarship program hurt public school funding or the quality of public education in any way.
