US Supreme Court to Consider Blaine Amendments

This morning, the Supreme Court of the United States agreed to hear the case of Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue, a case dealing with whether it was permissible for Montana to rely on the Blaine Amendment contained in the Montana Constitution to prohibit K-12 tax credit-funded scholarships to be used at religious schools.

Georgia GOAL filed an amicus curiae brief urging the US Supreme Court to hear the case.
