Yesterday morning, a Judge in the Superior Court of Fulton County heard arguments in the lawsuit challenging the legality of the Georgia Education Expense Credit program – arguments that according to Kyle Wingfield, columnist for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, are not credible.
