As reported by The Guardian, teachers in London indicated that, in choosing a school for their children, they focus on how students interact with teachers; how they conduct themselves both in and out of the classroom; whether there is a positive school “ethos” that will survive regardless of staff turnover; and whether, beyond standardized test results, there is real evidence of learning.
