The following questionnaire is provided by Georgia Community Foundation, Inc. and the Economics of Education Policy Center at Georgia College and State University as a means for qualified Georgia student scholarship organizations ("SSOs") to provide information to the public relating to their mission, governance, operations, fundraising, and results.

Financial Audit Report

The financial statements of Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program, Inc. are audited annually by the independent CPA firm Bennett Thrasher LLP. For all years of operation, from 2008 through 2022, the audit opinion has declared that GOAL's financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program, Inc., and the changes in its net assets and its cash flows for the years then ended in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
