Lueken and Scafidi: School choice can help ease Georgia's looming fiscal issues

Martin Lueken and Benjamin Scafidi have analyzed the fiscal impact to the state and to local school districts of the possible return to public schools of thousands of private school students who, because of family financial challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, absent the receipt of financial aid under the Georgia Education Expense Credit Program, would have to return to public schools.
