In a recent article in The Federalist magazine, Joy Pullman of the Heartland Institute explains how, rather than proposing more spending on public education, Republican candidates for public office should highlight the amazing personal stories of families who have benefited from educational choice and emphasize studies showing that increased spending on public education does not necessarily translate into improved classroom performance.
