US Supreme Court to Decide Whether Montana Can Block Use of Tax Credit Scholarships at Religious Schools

On September 18, Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program, Inc. filed an amicus curiae brief in the Supreme Court of the United States pertaining to Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue, a case that may decide the constitutionality of state “Blaine Amendments,” upon which school choice opponents rely in challenging K-12 tuition tax credit scholarship programs.
