In a recent article, The Washington Post editorial board says House Democrats and the Biden administration are 'quietly killing' a worthy program, referring to the 17-year old D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program, pointing out that the cost of the program is "modest and well-spent" and is part of a larger deal that also directs money to both traditional public schools and public charter schools by way of scholarships to students, many of whom are black and hispanic.
