GOAL is not able to process payments initiated after the payment deadline, which has passed. If you have already submitted your payment, but do not see that it has been processed, or for any other questions, please contact GOAL at goal@goalscholarship.org.

Pay by Check or ACH:
If you customarily make your GOAL payment by check, consider ACH instead for a secure, rapid electronic payment to GOAL. Refer to your GOAL Approval email for instructions, then Click Here to pay by ACH.

If you plan to pay by check, please make your check payable to GOAL and send to the following address by March 9, 2024:

If you have received notification of your DOR approval and would like to make your payment to GOAL by credit card, you may do so by filling in your DOR certificate number, designated school and contribution amount in the fields below.
