If you have received notification of your 2026 DOR Addback approval and would like to make your payment to GOAL by check, please make your check payable to GOAL and send to the following address by [payment deadline]:

Pay by Electronic Check (ACH) or Credit Card:

If you have received notification of your 2026 DOR Addback approval and would like to make your payment to GOAL by electronic check (ACH) or credit card, you may do so by entering in your 2026 Addback DOR certificate number (found in your email from GOAL or on DOR approval letter) and clicking the "Find" button below. If you navigated to this page from your GOAL email, your certificate number and accompanying information are automatically populated. Click "Continue" to pay.

  • Providing your DOR Certificate # ensures that your payment is matched correctly to your tax credit application. This number is included in your approval email from GOAL and can also be found in your DOR approval letter.
